I don't post much here but I have always been a big fan of IronMan, after years of lurking around and looking at these awesome builds on this site I couldn't hold it anymore and decided to build my own suit.
I tried paper and it was extremely frustrating and time consuming, I couldn't even get past the faceplate.

So I tried foam and it was so much better, I did a full helmet in less than 2 hours.

I would love to continue and do a full suit, specially the mark 7. If is not possible I will do the mark 3.
I covered the helmet with resin and will do the interior on the weekend, I have a friend that has sculpting experience and will help me bondo the exterior so I didn't really worry about the details for now, since most of it will be covered anyways.
The helmet fits tight on my head, i scaled it down a bit, I think its really important to have a suit that fits tight instead of big parts that are easy to get in or out of, ive always been skinny, i guess im one of those lucky people :), I will continue work on the helmet and hopefully the neck piece this weekend. I plan on doing at least one part per week, will be done before halloween if I keep the pace going.
Before I forget I used the helmet file from Jowe, big thanks to you, and thanks to all the people that make the files available to the community.
