Hey all,
I've been writing a script for a modern reboot of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and I've also started work on one of the suits, beginning with the helmet:

I've already learned there are better ways to do this helmet than what I am, haha. I saw people doing pepakura and then lining the inside with fiberglass. The Celluclay I'm using might be beneficial though, since I need to customize the mask design. The pepakura model wasn't entirely the right shape either, so while this seems like it'll take more effort, it should yield the result I'm looking for.
Since the Celluclay takes about 24 hours to dry after each application, I took the spare time to get started on the weapon props:

Prior to this, my major works were some armor pieces for a Starkiller costume and armor/quiver bits for my own version of Hawkeye.
This is one of my first custom builds like this, so I thought you all might find it interesting to watch as the rookie learns.
Enjoy! I'll try to post often.
