Reshaping Cowl?

I have a 1995 Batman Forever cowl. I thought this thing was lost but last year my aunt found it in an old box. It's still in pretty good shape.

I was thinking maybe getting a foam head (that will fit it) and use cardboard to reshape the cowl?







It's a pretty good sculpt (for being official) and I don't see many of these around anymore. So if I can fix it up I will :)
