Dishonored Replicas

Back in October, I started working on a Dishonored mask. I worked on it until maybe the end of December, then I just left it in the shed for a while until I finished up my Booker Dewitt cosplay and got in my Spider Man suit print.
Now that I can't work on my spidey suit anymore for now, and My Dewitt suit is practically complete, i figured I would get back to work on some replicas.
I've been working on Corvo's jacket from the game a bit... I will take pictures of it later, but right now the price for it has been about 200 dollars just to make...
As for the mask, I do actually have a picture of it. It's still in the sculpture stage, but I hope to have it molded soon:

It's just a basic sculpt right now. It still requires to have pieces added to the jaw once it's cast, and then of course all the inside metal pieces have to be sculpted and added on later (actually, you can see some of them I've been working on in the left hand corner, along with a whale bone charm).
Here is my plan for the mold. To make a complete silicone mold of this thing would take a lot of silicone, and a lot of money. Here is my idea, what if I made a mold using silicone to get in all the details and so the mold will be somewhat "flexible" and then have plaster paris over that. It would kind of be like a two part mold... a mold within a mold... moldception? Anyway, here is a picture of my plan for that (sorry for the crappy drawing, I just wanted to give an idea):

I have no clue if my mold idea will work, but personally i think it will (but if anyone has experience with that, just tell me.
Hopefully I can post more pictures soon....hopefully... I can be a slow worker.
