EVA foam

hey everyone.

so im going to be making an ironman MKVII costume and i have read everywhere that you should use 6mm thick EVA foam but i have now just read that you should use 6mm eveyrwhere but the head which should be 4mm thick. is this right i should i use 6mm all around?
