I have been scouring this and other forums and haven't really found any definitive ways to paint my Bane urethane mask with the colors and flexibility that I want. This won't be for display only, and will be worn often, so I need it to be flexible and durable. I believe there wasn't a release agent used during the casting process.
This is what I was thinking on doing:
I was going to give the mask a light dusting of Krylon spray paint as a primer and then painting it with my acrylics (Airbrush an hand paint). I used Createx and Golden brands.
Does anyone feel this method will work, or can someone suggest another method that has actually been successful? I appreciate any guidance. Also, any cautionary advice is appreciated.
