My family and I have been working on Left 4 Dead costumes since May of this year in preparation for Halloween and my Brother's annual Halloween party we attended this past weekend. We have had a tradition for the past 5 years or so to do a family group costume and we have done everything from Scooby Doo, Harry Potter, and Gilligan's Island. This year my 12 year old daughters decided on characters from the Valve games Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2, and we got everyone including my folks into the act. I have been a long time member of the RPF and I think this year we have costumes worthy for entry on this years Halloween Contest as a group costume. I put together 5 character costumes from the game, with my wife and daughters help, and I will document in this thread the elements that went into each.
I am also a member of the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion and I am active with both groups. I have a ANH Hero Stormtrooper, Emperor, Luke X-Wing, and Luke ROTJ costume. I put a lot of work into my Stormtrooper costume specifically, and I used many of the skills I used to put that together to create these costumes. Also, both Legion's strive for accuracy as much as possible, and that is what I have tried to do here for my family's Left 4 Dead costumes. I have everyone's permission to enter the contest and my whole family is very excited.
