New And In Need Of Help.

I made a rush job Iron Man Costume for a Bday party. Now the party has been and gone, I want to make it properly.

Just wondering if this stuff is ok to use :-

Am I ok to resin over foam?
Or does it have to be paper/cardboard?
How much do you reckon is needed for a full costume?

Im new to this kind of thing and all the help I get, would be much appreciated. Im also from the UK, so UK suppliers would be great.
