iron man pep to fiberglass, need help guys??

hey there:)

I've been checking out this site for a while now, read loads of posts, and can see how good some of the model makers and 3D software really are good.

I've pepped 3 iron man helmets so far, first one was total rubbish lol. 2nd and third were good, but they dont fit my head!!

I have pepakura software, and just wondering if you guys know how to change the size for a specific size man or if their are files already in my sort of height and build etc?

Basically im 6ft 2", 13.5 stones in weight, largeish head {lol} [size medium for uk motorcycle helmet] and large hands and size 12 feet. I found the option to increase size by 10%, but not sure if that will be too big etc....

I have files from Gimpee and robo3687, think mark42 helmet, and mk6 full suit.

I just don't want to waste any more hours on pepping, and also waste of materials. I want to build a full suit, either mk2 or mk6 i think. I have all materials to get started tonight, so just want any advice of the guys with loads more experience than myself :-)

I am a noob at this game, but I am a huge iron man fan, and I'm also a qualified and experienced panel beater, filler, metal work and professional resprays. I've been in the bodywork trade for 10 years now, its just sizing etc and im rubbish with technology!!
I expect my finish suit to look awesome, once the pepping is done, and i will probably spray it in mirror chrome in the spray booth.
