this is going to be for NYCC, it will feature riddicks 'animal side' costume and his switchbone blade...hopefully. i need to build the bone. so far i have this much progress. i picked up a set of goggles from gotham city fx, relensed, dremeled and repainted for dynamic stand out. not quite screen accurate now but i like it. filled in a lot of black for distinction and make the 3d pop more, and then a little silver grunging to further that. goggles.jpg
next i have been sculpting the wristband dragonbones out of sculpy, painted and sealed with equal parts jesso water and paint. baked then dremeled for detail.wristdragon.jpg
on top of that i have constructed the base of the shirt. i used snakeskin replicant (couldn't find croc skin didn't wanna make scales) and brown aged leather replicant. it velcros under each arm down teh side for easy on and off. no shoulder harness yet. detail and comparison shown, bear in mind the compare pic he's covered in mud.shirt.jpg
