Easiest type of Plastic/rubber tube to glue

I am working on a borg costume, I am trying to source some 1/8" and 1/4" black tubing. there are various types in many different materials.. I am not sure which type of plastic/rubber is the easiest to glue to fabric. and is flexible.


Nylon, Latex , PVC Vinyl, Silicone, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, HDPE, Polyurethane,

any suggestions would be appreciated :)
