Thor Pepakura Build?

Has anyone built the helmet/armor referenced in this thread:

I've just started the helmet, and scaled it the same as my previous Dr. Doom helmet build. I am afraid it may be entirely too small, and I'd love to know anyone else's success/failure with the scaling.
