Seal and spray

Hi everyone
Have been trawling the site but can't find specifics
I have built a 6mm plastazote IMmk6 in black/ grey
My question is
I don't want to resin or plastidip
Re PVA what ratios PVA to water and how many coats to seal suit
Re paint was going to rattle can it
But what primer and paints are good to use ( primer colour) how many coats and hoe many top coats
Appologise in advance for mince approach just can't seem to find specifics
