Anyone used one of these for cutting out Pep Files

Just thinking - I could take the slog out of cutting Pep files with one of these -I presume I could get Cardstock on a roll, the machine has three cutters - so I imagine it can be programmed to crease as well as cut - have sent the question to the company on Ebay that are selling them

Anyone used one before???
